Paintballing
Paintball is undoubtedly one of the greatest stag weekend activities of all time. Not only is paintballing fantastic value, great fun and the perfect hangover cure, but it's a brilliant weatherproof activity too.
Group Size: 6+
Duration: Half day or full day are available. Half-day paintball programmes can be combined with lunch and other activities as required.
Clothing: You need to be comfortable and not restricted so dress for comfort and please be sure to wear old shoes or trainers. Be aware of the weather and dress appropriately.
Combine: Quad Bikes, Clay Shooting, 4x4 Off Road Driving, Go Karting.
Go Karting
Go Karting is an all-time classic stag do activity. If you're after adrenaline-fueled, pedal to the metal excitement from start to finish then this is the activity for you. Chose between individual grand prix races or endurance karting team events.
Group Size: 6+
Duration: Allow a morning or afternoon session. Sessions are timed by the half-hour e.g. 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 minutes.
Clothing: Soft shoes like trainers or daps are ideal. Race suits, helmets and gloves will all be provided for you, in a variety of sizes.
Combine: Clay Shooting, Paintballing, Mini Motos, Hovercraft Racing
Clay Shooting
If you're after plenty of fun and a bit of healthy competition with the boys, clay pigeon shooting is always a great shout. Everyone loves clay pigeon shooting and with a little expert tuition everyone can do it, so you're guaranteed plenty of laughs.
Group Size: 6+
Duration: Allow a morning or afternoon for your session – before heading off to another activity.
Clothing: Trainers or boots with good grip are an absolute must . Take some gloves if it's going to be cold and avoid bulky clothing.
Combine: Rage Buggies, 4x4 Off Road Driving, Go Karting, Golfing
Hovercraft Racing
Hovercraft racing is a totally unique and unusual idea for a stag party activity, it's definitely worth doing because it's unlikely the boys have ever done it before! Channel your inner James Bond as you fly around a fast course with tight corners and sweeping bends.
Group Size: 6+
Duration: Typically hovercrafting by itself will last 60 minutes depending on group size
Clothing: Prepare to get wet! Make sure that you dress in comfortable old clothes and bring a set of spares just in case.
Combine: Abseiling, Climbing, Football, Horse Racing
4x4 Driving
Blow off steam behind the wheel on your stag do. This macho stag weekend activity will allow you to take charge of some terrain beating vehicles on challenging treks, forest trails, quarries and all manner of skills courses.
Group Size: 6+
Duration: The 4x4 can be set either side of lunch making it more of a day than a half-day session.
Clothing: There will be a lot of pedal action, so ensure you wear comfortable clothes and shoes that give you plenty of agility!
Combine: Quad Biking, Clay Shooting
Football
Instead of living out your footballing dreams on FIFA, dust off those boots and make your way to the pitch. This foolproof stag weekend activity will allow you to re-enact those school playground thrillers. Play against your stag buddys or another organized team.
Group Size: 10+
Duration: Match duration varies, a pitch can be hired for 2 hours for a full game with local opponents.
Clothing: You'll need your favourite shirt, shorts, and shingaurds as well as football boots.
Combine: Quad Bikes, Clay Shooting, 4x4 Off Road Driving, Go Karting.
Golfing
After a night on the town, there's no finer way to clear your head and discuss its funniest moments than with a game of golf. With an abundance of fresh air, challenging holes and all of your mates to compete against, a round of golf is the perfect choice for stags who want to enjoy a day out without breaking a sweat.
Group Size: 6+
Duration: Golf is a fantastic morning activity with the boys followed by some lunch before your afternoon activity.
Clothing: Check with the golf club or the course you play at to find out if a dress code is in place.
Combine: Rally Driving, Rugby, Wine Tasting, Climbing.
Climbing
This activity rocks! Take your Stag weekend to new heights with an adrenalin pumping trip to a climbing wall. Rock climbing is a physically and mentally demanding sport that will test your stags strength, agility and balance.
Group Size: 6+
Duration: Climbing is a great event to blow away any morning hangovers or to follow a morning stag activity.
Clothing: Be sure to wear old shoes or trainers and comfortable clothing. For an added laugh why not dress up like Spiderman?
Combine: Kayaking, White Water Rafting.
Horse Racing
If the groom likes a flutter, a trip to a racecourse is sure to be a great lads day out. Remember to bring plenty of cash so you can back a winner or two! Sporting excellence, thoroughbreds, beautiful people, gambling, hospitality, entertainment and the occasional beer, what could be better?
Group Size: 6+
Duration: Allow a long half-day session for example 1-6pm, and add on time for transfers.
Clothing: Smart casual is the perfect look for racing, however dress codes vary with entry selections so always make sure to check in advance.
Combine: Clay Shooting
Wine Tasting
Are you more into wine than into beer? Sample some of the world's most popular wines with a fantastic stag wine-tasting produced by the private wine cellars of Hungary.
Group Size: 6+
Duration: Wine tasting usually takes around 2 hours and can be combined with lunch and other activities as required.
Clothing: Try to stear clear of whites and pale colours in case of any red wine spillages.
Combine: Horse Racing, Football.
