About: Wing's is one of the very few 5 star restaurants in Manchester city centre. Fine wine and contemporary food is what this plush Chinese restaurant, close to Albert Square is all about. About: This informal Northern Quarter destination has been featured on Dragon's Den, The F Word and even won Gordon Ramsay's Best Chinese Restaurant Award.
