If you are looking to make the perfect Mai Tai then look no further than this recipe, it will have you sipping on cocktails in the comfort of your own home and showing off as you host guests for dinner parties or drinks.


  • 50ml Chairman’s Reserve Original
  • 15ml Chairman’s Reserve Spiced
  • 20ml Gabriel Boudier Triple sec
  • 30ml Lime Juice
  • 15ml Orgeat (almond) Syrup
  • Mint sprig & 2 dash Angostura Bitters


In a mixing glass, pour Chairman’s Reserve Original, fresh lime juice, orgeat, and triple sec over 2 cups of fresh crushed ice. Shake hard and pour unstrained into a double old-fashioned glass. Float the Chairman's Reserve Spiced and sink your spent lime shell in the drink, and garnish with the mint sprig and Angostura Bitters.
