The Absolutini Sharer is Unveiled as Manchester’s Top Tipple

All Bar One Trafford Centre pride themselves on their range of creatively crafted cocktails – and it seems that the people of Manchester have a thirst for excellence.

Following the opening of the brand new All Bar One in Trafford Centre on the 6th April, the Absolutini sharer has received the highest number of sales and been named as the bar’s most popular cocktail.

The cocktail, which uses the UK’s no.1 premium vodka established in 1879 as its base, combined with cranberry juice, pomegranate purée and sugar syrup, is a bespoke Absolut creation, designed especially for All Bar One.

Guests are encouraged to customise their Absolutini sharer by choosing between Absolut Vanilia, Cherrys, Raspberri or Citron and shaking it all up in an authentic Boston Shaker, before enjoying with a cocktail partner – we’ll let you decide who takes the ‘Manchester Master Mixologist’ crown!

Speaking about the exclusive collaboration with All Bar One, Rick Bennett-Baggs, spokesperson for Absolut, said: “The Absolutini is part of this exciting revivalist trend, using different Absolut Flavours to create interesting twists on a classic. Guests can even try their hand at making more of All Bar One’s creative cocktails by attending a cocktail masterclass lead by All Bar One Trafford Centre’s expert mixologists or signing up to All Bar One’s Cocktail Society.
