In a bid to help you achieve your goals this year, we've shortlisted some of the most popular resolutions and how to achieve them.

1. Exercise More

One of the most popular New Year's Resolutions is to lose weight, get fit, eat right and exercise more. If you plan on making a positive change and sticking to it, remember to be realistic, plan ahead and track your progress.

Above all don’t beat yourself up and keep trying! If you feel your will power wavering around February time, why not recommit yourself for 24 hours stints? Each 24-hour period will soon add up and, before you know it, you'll be back on track!
