All Bar One Opens in Trafford Centre

All Bar One brings “Cocktail Couture” to Manchester’s Trafford Centre.

All Bar One launched its second site in Manchester at the Trafford Centre on Thursday 7th April with a ‘Cocktail Couture’ inspired opening featuring some of the city’s most stylish movers and shakers.

Influenced by Manchester’s vibrant style scene, All Bar One’s launch activity has fused fast-fashion with the bar’s signature cocktails to create a ‘Cocktail Couture’ collection created by local fashion blogger and stylist, Sara Luxe. The collection was modelled on launch day by Isi Peters from J'adore Models Manchester, who showcased three looks inspired by All Bar One’s favourite cocktails – Mojito, Cosmopolitan, and Honeybee Martini.

In addition to the Cocktail Couture commissioned collection, as part of launch day celebrations Sara Luxe was also on hand to offer style advice to lucky All Bar One guests. The specially invited guests were treated to a VIP personal style consultation and then were able to relax and enjoy the bars stylish surroundings whilst the All Bar One style team hit the stores at the Trafford Centre to collect the fashion pieces selected during their consultation. Sara Luxe also shared style industry secrets with a selection of fashion students from Manchester Metropolitan University, who will be helping to continue All Bar One’s launch into the Trafford Centre with “Makeover Mondays”, where they will be offering complimentary personal style consultations throughout April.

The launch day concluded with a VIP party where specially invited guests – including stylists, personal shoppers and Trafford Centre store staff – were able to enjoy the bar’s stylish surroundings, drinks served up from the dedicated cocktail station, bites from the new menu, together with pampering from Lancôme. The bar’s cocktail station will allow All Bar One to host their popular Cocktail Masterclass events which help guests to discover the secrets of how to mix, muddle and mash up great cocktails, softails and hardshakes.

Commenting on the launch, All Bar One’s general manager Sarah Jones, said, “We’re delighted to be opening a second location in Manchester, and even more so that we’re in the Trafford Centre, one of Manchester’s most popular destinations. Guests can experience the great surrounding, food and drinks that All Bar One is famous for, together with fresh tastes to discover on our new menu, which will feature brand new Peroni cocktails.
