UCX Manchester takes place at Manchester Central on 29–30 April 2026, bringing together professionals shaping colleague and customer communications.

As a flagship event of Manchester Tech Week, it explores the latest in unified communications, collaboration, cloud, networks, video, AV, contact centre technology and AI. Co-located with DTX Manchester, the programme focuses on practical insights, live demos and networking, centred on the theme From Purpose to Practice.
