How to think about AI - An Interactive Workshop is a CPD-accredited session designed to help mid-to-senior professionals move from beginner to intermediate understanding of AI and apply it effectively in an organisation.

The workshop includes a presentation on how AI works and key terminology, followed by refreshments and practical breakout sessions. Attendees work in groups to analyse and improve real business processes, using a framework to decide whether a process needs AI, automation, or neither.

What the workshop covers:

• How large language models work and why they can produce confident, incorrect answers
• How to write clearer, better-constrained prompts
• What AI agents are and how to judge appropriate autonomy levels
• A practical framework for evaluating AI vs automation vs neither
• Hands-on process mapping and automation design in facilitated small groups

CPD accreditation: CPD-certified with 2.25 learning hours; certificates issued at the end.
