Snapped: Telegraph Ski & Snowboard Show North 2014

With a range of new events, deals and competitions the 2014 Ski and Snowboard show from the 24th to the 26th of October was the biggest and best ever. TGtM went along to sample all that was on offer...

Taking place at Manchester's EventCity, The show hosted a range of tour operators and chalet companies who were there to advise those considering a break at one of the world's great skiing resorts.

Not only that, but it offered visitors live freestyle ski demonstrations and insider tips from snow sports experts in the Mountain Talks Theatre, so that any novice keen on going on the slopes can be sure of the best advise possible. To add a bit of variety to the occasion, the Ski &Snowboarding show also played host to serveral après bars, live music, and theven e chance to gain a free lift pass at a number of resorts.

An ever popular show which has toured the length and bredth of the UK, the Telegraph Ski & Snowboard show will almost certainly make more appearences in the years to come.
