The Fabric of Protest is a creative stitching workshop at People’s History Museum in Manchester, exploring barriers to unionisation through discussion and textile-making.

A creative workshop for stitching, chatting and sharing inspired by the museum’s collections. The session explores experiences of workers in fragmented industries who have struggled to unionise, including cleaners, hotel workers, catering, and gig-economy roles.
