Manchester MoRun

Manchester MoRun is a fun, inclusive running event at Heaton Park with multiple distances, encouraging participants of many ages to dress up, enjoy the atmosphere and support Movember.

Manchester MoRun takes place on Sunday 22 November 2026 at Heaton Park, Middleton Road, Manchester (M25 2SW).

This event is part of a nationwide series supporting Movember. Participants can choose from four distances, including a kids’ mini run, and the day includes a fancy-dress focus and a welcoming atmosphere for a wide range of abilities.

Races and start times

• Half Marathon (Age 17+): 09.30am – 13.1 miles trail running (£25–£35)
• 5K (All ages): 10.00am – 5 km trail running (£20–£30)
• 10K (All ages): 10.00am – 10 km trail running (£20–£30)
• Mini MoRun (Age 3–12): 11.45am – 1.5 km trail running (£8–£15)
