AJ Bell Great Manchester Run 2027

An iconic Manchester city-centre running weekend featuring multiple race distances, on-course music zones and big-event atmosphere.

AJ Bell Great Manchester Run returns for a celebration of Manchester with a full weekend of racing in the city centre. Runners can choose from a Half Marathon or 10k on Sunday, plus Junior and Mini events on Saturday. The courses showcase major Manchester landmarks, supported by on-course music zones, entertainment and big-crowd energy.

Route highlights
The Half Marathon passes the Etihad Stadium, Old Trafford, the Imperial War Museum and Albert Square. The 10k includes many of the same highlights. Some central streets are closed to traffic for a safe, unique race-day experience.
