ON A PLOD 2 MCR is a 5-hour, backyard-style running event that feels like an all-day running festival rather than a traditional race.

Runners take on a fast, flat 3km loop along the river and through Salford Quays, with every lap starting and finishing at the race hub at Steel Foundry. Participants can complete a single lap or keep stacking loops for the full five hours.

The event features live tracking and rolling leaderboards, DJs, partner activations, product samples, changing facilities, showers, toilets, professional photos and bag drop.
