Manchester Pride Festival 2022
The Manchester Pride Festival 2022 is set to be the biggest yet with huge acts like Ariana Grande and Years & Years set to perform as well as the usual favourite parade and Canal Street celebrations!

Manchester Pride is the longest running in the country and attracts thousands of visitors every year. Take a look at what's going on for the Manchester Pride Festival 2021 below:
For the first time at the Manchester Pride Festival, Manchester Pride Live takes place at Mayfield with what can only be described as a huge lineup! Ariana Grande and Years & Years are set to headline the event with acts such as Pixie Lott, Basement Jaxx (DJ Set), Bananarama plus so many more also playing! Find the full lineup here. Tickets; Saturday: from £34.50 + booking fees, Sunday: from £38.50 + booking fees, Weekend: from £64.50 + booking fees.
The virgil will close out the four day festival in Sackville Gardens, allowing everyone the time to reflect. The LGBT+ communities will come together and the space fills with candles and people standing strong together.
The Superbia Weekend is the alternative celebrations. Everything from film premieres to community workshops take place in this alcohol-free space. This is a free to attend space.
The Gay Village is truly where the roots of the Manchester Pride Festival stem from. The Gay Village Party runs for the full duration of the festival and is full of performances, markets plus plenty of celebrations. Day Ticket: £10 + booking fees, Weekend Ticket: £15 + booking fees, Family Tickets (2 Adults & 2 Children) Saturday/Sunday only: £20 + booking fees.
The parade is always a special part of Pride, the whole city rallies together along with people from far and wide to fill the streets and celebrate the true meaning of the Manchester Pride Festival 2021.
Due to responses and feedback from last year, Manchester Pride decided to develop events/activities specifically for the youth audience. These are yet to be confirmed and focus groups are going to be held in order to help shape these events.
