Ducie Street Warehouse, the brand-new all-day bar & kitchen on the ground floor of the Grade II listed former Victorian warehouse, also home to Native Manchester, has announced its new menu for the indoor space, where socialising is the order of the day.

Ducie Street Warehouse is a place to bring people together again, as Head Chef Andrew Green has created a menu dedicated to sharing. A collection of ‘Bigger Plates’ take centre stage on the menu and are ideal for 2-4 people sharing, featuring Rosemary roast whole lamb rump, minted greens and hispi cabbage; Miso glazed whole Sea Bass, with bok choi and ginger; a 800g tomahawk of Cheshire beef, with vine roasted tomatoes; Harissa spiced whole chicken, chick peas, roasted vegetables, lime; Baked ‘Ras-el-Hanout’ cauliflower, squash, wilted spinach, red pepper, topped with toasted seeds and curry oil; and finally a 1kg baked Camembert cheese, served with toasted sourdough, plum and fig preserve, and toasted walnuts.

For those looking to share a selection of small plates, highlights include Salt & pepper crispy calamari, wild garlic aioli and lemon; Chilli & coriander king prawns, Sriracha mayonnaise, finished with lime;

Halloumi cheese flame, vodka, plum & fig compote, with toasted sourdough; Lobster macaroni cheese, with lemon and herb pangritata; Golden shakshuka, baked eggs, feta, coriander served with toasted local sourdough; and Local reared lamb koftas, with Beetroot hummus, khobez, crumbled feta, and pickled cucumber.

The new menu also includes snack sharers, salads, large plates and sides, plus a collection of Pinsa – Ducie Street’s signature artisan Roman flatbreads with San Marzano tomatoes, fresh basil and fior de latte cheese.

Finish off in style, as sweet plate highlights include Date Majool sticky toffee slice, drizzled with miso butterscotch, and served with chai seed ice cream; Avocado & coconut cheesecake, lime, chilli; Honey blossom white chocolate blondie, with raspberry sorbet; and a Sharing Plum & Pear Crumble, with clotted cream ice cream.
