About: Hatch has had a revamp and is now almost triple the size offering a place for a variety of street food vendors to showcase their food and products. Amongst the 30-plus traders you'll find the incredibly fresh Oke Poke, Hanoi 75 are serving up some Vietnamese food with powerful flavours, coffee from Takk, drinks from Beer Box plus so much more! You'll be having trouble deciding which traders to stop off at.

Location: Northern Quarter

About: The listed market building on the edge of the Northern Quarter has been turned into a beautiful venue for independent vendors and street food stalls. With choice from woodfire pizza to bao buns and everything inbetween it really is an incredible place. We have been for coffee, evening drinks and lunch time food, the diversity of Mackie Mayor makes it perfect for every occasion. If you keep your eyes peeled you will also see a variety of events hosted in the space.

Location: Northern Quarter

About: Now with a unit on the way up to Piccadilly, Northern Soul Grilled Cheese first brought their cheesy goodness to a unit just off Northern Quarter and have found huge popularity. With some absolute heavenly options including the Mac Attack and Pig On A Lead which featured on Man vs Food. Northern Soul have taken something already amazing and brought it to a whole new level.
